Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received at our Paris atelier, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
